Please allow 3-5 days for shipping and processing boutique orders.  

 *COVID 19 UPDATE: There may be shipping delays due to the current Covid 19 crisis. We are processing orders in a manner that ensures safety for all parties involved. Shipping companies are also experiencing delays, including USPS, our primary shipping agency.  Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping. Thank you for your patience as you shop with us during this time.

We are not responsible for any merchandise that is lost, stolen or delivered to wrong address.  Please double check all shipping information prior to submitting your order.  Contact your local post office for any questions concerning missing packages.

 Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

At Boutique By Angienette Watts 100% satisfaction is my goal. However, should you not be satisfied with the product you have received, you have 7 days to return your item(s) for an  exchange.  We do not guarantee original product size or color will be available up on return.  If that is your case you may exchange for equal value. We do NOT issue refunds. All returns will be processed as it is received. Items must be unworn, no smells and have no visible signs of distress to the item.  If items appears to be worn or mishandled, it will be returned to you.

All accessories, permanently marked down items,  items sold at a discount or FINAL SALE cannot be returned.  All sale codes are ONLY VALID during the time of the sale.  (This includes the VIP discount offered in first purchase).

 

 1) Send an e-mail to sales@boutiquebyangienette.com titled ‘Return’. In the e-mail please include your order number, name and what item you are returning.  

2) Send the product to the address below within 7 days of original delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please allow up to 7 business day for approval or denial of a return request.

All sale and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Please include in email size the size and color you want to exchange for and we will hold the item for 48 hours. Once you e-mail us a tracking number of the item you are sending back to us, we will ship out the new product. 

 

There is typically a delay in our mail delivery because of how it is forwarded, so please allow 7-10 business days for us to receive and returns. Please do not send emails asking have we received or processed your return if it is still within that time frame.  As promised, when we receive your return, we will contact you with confirmation of your store credit.
